At Six Senses La Sagesse our menus take inspiration from the Caribbean and South America using an abundance of fresh, local produce grown in the fertile volcanic Grenadian soil.
Growing on site where we can and working with local suppliers to serve up fresh ingredients from the land and sea allows us to be close to our community, and most importantly reduce our carbon impact. Our menus and dishes are enhanced with local salts and spice rubs and can be paired with our carefully curated selection of cocktails and local and international wines.
Our three restaurants, two bars, salchichoneria, bakery and destination dining are truly one of a kind, incorporating our Eat With Six Senses ethos to keep the well-being of guests and hosts in mind.

All-Day Dining Restaurant
The farm-to-table dining experience at Callaloo focusses on fresh, local, and seasonal produce. Serving our chef’s interpretation of comfort classic food in an indoor outdoor setting.

Wood-Fire Oven and Grill
Laze the day away poolside at Panquai, where a warm welcome and laid back vibe await you. By night it transforms into a relaxed but sophisticated cocktail bar.

Couples and small groups can create their own backdrop thanks to destination dining options including a beach blanket BBQ, or Chef’s Garden experience. There’s also in-villa dining for staying in with a beautifully presented dinner or movie night.
